WHAT IS ROTATE ONLINE?

Rotate’s new online store is accessible to members only. We provide a weekly release of some of our best inventory from the week at heavily discounted prices. Our webstore will be open every Sunday at 5 pm EST with an updated inventory. All products sold on Rotate Online will not be available for purchase in-store. This includes Rotate merchandise, sneakers, clothing and more.

Note: Due to the limited nature of the inventory sold on Rotate Online (excluding merchandise) we allow only one product purchase per customer per week.

How long does it take to access the store?

You can access the Rotate online store immediately after purchasing a membership.

How often may I purchase products from the online store?

You may purchase one item when the online store opens every Sunday between 2 pm and 11:59 pm.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime by accessing your account page –

Please note once you cancel your membership you will immediately lose access to the Rotate Online store.

How often will products be added to the store?

Our online store will be updated and open only once a week. Our online store will be open to members every Sunday from 2 pm until 11:59 pm.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during holidays, sales, etc. orders may take longer than 3 business days to be packed and shipped. If this is the case, we will inform you of any shipping delays as soon as possible.

How often will I be billed for my membership?

You will be billed $9.99 monthly from the original date of purchase of your membership.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for members living within the continental United States with purchase of a product. Items which are available for free require a shipping charge. Please refer to the table below for shipping rates.

Do you have multiple sizes of each product?

Unless otherwise stated, the size of the item posted is the ONLY size available to purchase. 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on any of our products. All of our products are sold AS IS. We provide as much detail as possible regarding the condition of our inventory. If you feel we have made a mistake regarding your order please contact us at orders@rotatestore.com. Please include your order number in the email.

Is it possible for me pick up my order in-store?
